Pilates & Barre Instructor

Karen has over 20 years of teaching experience, and is a qualified Dance teacher, Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor, Barre & Floor Barre instructor and  a personal trainer practitioner.

Her holistic approach to teaching will focus on correct form and alignment whilst ensuring that every session is taught at the right level for your ability. 

You will feel supported and motivated at every step of your virtual training journey, until exercise begins to feel like an exciting part of your everyday.
